Sue, Director of Napa River Insurance Services, Inc., has more than 20 years of technical and leadership experience in the insurance industry. In her current role, Sue is responsible for leading and growing Napa River as a stand-alone provider of risk management and claims handling to entities that hold a self-insured retention (SIR).
Prior to joining Napa River, Sue was the Regional Sales Director Northeast at K&K Insurance Group, a specialty Program Administrator owned by Aon, where she was responsible for the marketing of K&K’s insurance products to brokers. She has also held positions at Harleysville Insurance (now Nationwide) and Zurich.
Sue holds a B.A. in Political Science from Randolph Macon College and a B.B.A. in Risk Management Insurance from Georgia State University. She also has her Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Additionally, Sue has 21 years of military experience, during which she held several leadership positions before retiring as a Major.
