For over 20 years, Becky has been involved in handling all aspects of medical malpractice claims, including the management of claims and lawsuits from first report through resolution. Becky is experienced with direct claim management and negotiation, and is closely involved in litigation managed by outside counsel. She is also involved with investigation, discovery, choice of expert consultants, strategy, evaluation of exposure, mediation, negotiation and trial monitoring. Before joining Napa River, Becky was an attorney at a litigation firm in Chicago, IL. Since graduating from law school, her career path has focused on assisting physicians, physician groups and hospitals in the defense of claims and lawsuits.
